Chanute FREE Sports Physicals

Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center will holding FREE sports physicals at the Chanute High School on Thurs, June 11th from 1:30-6:30.
Royster Middle and Chanute High School Student Athletes must complete your sports physical forms. Have your parent or guardian sign both sports physical form and the information sheet. Bring your signed forms with you to the high school for your free sports physical. No appointment necessary.
