Drums Alive with Teri – Chanute

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30p-6:30 join Drums Alive with Teri at Royster Middle School. This powerful and unique workout joins the dynamic movements with the pulsating rhythms of the drum. Not only will you experience an amazing high intensity workout; drumming has also been found to have numerous physiological and psychological benefits, contributing to an overall sense of well being.
