15th Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Walk- YC

Friends for Life is hosting its 15th Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Walk, Saturday October 13th from 8:30a – Noon in Yates Center.
The timeline is as follows:
8:30am: “Pink it Out” Fun Run/Walk. The 5K run/3K walk will not be a timed event. Please feel free to incorporate a fun outfit with your walk shirt! There is no fee to participate.
9:30am: Silent and Live Auction begins
10:30am: Celebration Ceremony and walk around the square
There are many activities going on including a free cancer screening provided by the Masons, Trad’N Day hosted at the The Town Hall, and more!
The entry fee for the walk this year will be $20 and will include a t-shirt. There is no additional charge to participate in the Pink it Out Fun Run/Walk. We have solicited the local businesses to support our cause. The t-shirts will be paid for with the sponsorship of the business. Your entry fee will be kept in a fund that will help local cancer patients as the need arises.
